Business terms and conditions

These Business terms and Conditions are governed by Czech law and constitute a legally binding agreement between you, personally or on behalf of an entity, (“the Buyer), and Banjolit s.r.o (“the Seller”).

The Buyer is responsible for the selection of the desired product and concludes a purchase contract by completion of the payment via the cart checkout process.

Any presentation of products placed on the web shop is of informative nature. The web shop provides information on products including the prices of individual product and in the Cart also delivery fee for your selected products.

When concluding the Purchase Contract, the Buyer proceeds by selecting products from our web shop and placing them in the “Shopping cart” by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. After completing the selection of the products, the Buyer goes (for example, by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right part) to the “Shopping cart” where can check, confirm, change or cancel the ordered products and their quantity. The shopping cart contains basic information of the products, price of the products (included VAT), quantity and price and shipping fee. After confirming the contents of the “Shopping cart” by pressing the “Proceed to Checkout” button, the Buyer is redirected to the checkout page, where Buyer fill the Billing and Shipping informations and can choose one of the payment methods.

Please ensure that all details are correct at the time of purchase as we are unable to rectify change delivery details once the product has been shipped.

Your privacy and security are important to us. Your contact details will only be used for shipping your order. We do not share your details with any other company, organization, or individual. 

After proceeding with your order, your e-mail address is saved in our newsletter database managed via MailChimp (established e-mail service provider). Occasionally you may receive our special Mr. Preamp Newsletter. You may unsubscribe to it at any time. 

We do not collect any cookies through this website! 


All prices for products and services and all fees in our web shop are final, stated in Euro (EUR) or US Dollars (USD) and inclusive of VAT. You can choose your final payment currency directly on product page or in the Cart. 

Together with the purchase price, the Buyer is also obliged to pay any stipulated costs related to products handling and delivery. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase price shall also include products delivery. The Seller shall not request any advance or similar payment from the Buyer. 

The price of the products and other costs related to the delivery of goods under the Purchase Agreement may be paid by the Buyer to the Seller using the following methods: 

  • in Cash at a place specified by the Seller


  • via Bank Transfer to the Seller’s account. Buyer will get Seller’s bank account number with order confirmation. The purchase price does not include the fees of the Buyer’s bank for payment of the purchase price or the costs of using electronic means for communication by the Buyer. These fees and costs must be paid by the Buyer, based on the Buyer’s relationship with the bank and based on the Buyer’s relationship with the internet service provider. In the case of Bank transfer, the purchase price is payable within 3 days of order confirmation or sending the invoice to the Buyer’s email address.


  • Cashless Payment via payment card during the order process (no fee, but the Buyer pays the fees of his/her bank). We use established payment gateway from GoPay which accept VISA and MASTERCARD debit, credit and commercial cards from all around the world.


  • Apple Pay, absolutely seamless card payment for every Apple device.


  • PayPal, pay and manage your finances with PayPal account 


We ship your orders worldwide with Slovak Post – International Tracked. Once we sent your order, we will e-mail you a tracking number so you can follow the trace of the package on the website of Slovak Post. Priority shipping usually takes for EU customers about 3 business days and for international priority shipping about 10 business days worldwide. Occasionally we have experienced a delay via Postal Services of up to 4 weeks for international delivery while your order awaits customs clearance in your country. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us. We will do our best to find the package, fix the problem, and keep you updated.If upon order arrival you receive faulty / damaged product(s) (package) then do not accept delivery from the courier who will return it to us. 

We will ship our products to the address you give us. We are not able to check out whether a provided address is your actual address or has typos. 

Banjolit s.r.o. not pay the cost of duties and taxes for your package. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If duties and taxes are refused and the package is returned to Banjolit s.r.o., we will issue a refund less the fees (shipping and payment fee) associated with the returned shipment.

We can only cancel your order prior to shipping. If you made any mistake in the order, please contact us immediately, and we will fix it together. 

If you change your mind once your order has been shipped, you have to refuse the delivery on your side. We are not able to do that from our side. Your postal operator will send the package back to us. After we receive this package we will inform you and you can choose another product or request a money refund. Usually, the refund shows on your account within 3-5 business days. This process only applies to packages that are not opened and returned immediately by the postage operator. 


Banjolit and Mr. Preamp products undergo rigorous quality control before they are sent to our customers. The Seller is liable for ensuring that the goods are free of defects upon delivery except products from B-Stock. 

We offer a 14-day return period (Money Back Guarantee) from the time that your items were received. In order to qualify for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in with all of the original packaging (pedal, box, bag, sticker, manual etc.). If items are not in like-new condition with original packaging contents, a 25% restocking fee may be applied. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your returned item and shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is approved, we’ll speedily process your refund, and you should see it back in your account within 5-10 days. 

Mark the package with “RETURN TO SENDER / VRÁTENIE TOVARU”. Without this the product will incur and additional tax when we receive it. Any tax cost will be deducted from your refund if appropriate. 


If you are happy with your Mr. Preamp product you can register your Preamp or D.I. to get 3 year non-transferable warranty. The warranty will cover component and manufacturing defects for the specified period starting from the purchase date. The warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse or improper handling. Any modification or repair undertaken by anyone other than Mr. Preamp team will void the warranty. 

For other products (microphone, apparel, merchandise etc.) warranty period is 24 months and commences on the purchase date. Registration is not required. 

For products sold in B-Stock at a lower price due to a defect, the Seller provides a warranty period of 24 months, while the warranty does not apply to defects for which the price was reduced; such defects are stated on product page in the B-Stock.

We appreciate any review and support, but we are entitled not to publish reviews that are not related to the product in question, contain inappropriate terms, are at the Seller’s discretion untrue, refer to other websites or materials, or in any other way damage the Seller’s name or reputation. 

These Business Terms and Conditions become effective for the Buyer upon sending of the electronic order by the Buyer. By sending the order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read these Business Terms and Conditions and understood their meaning, and agrees with them in their entirety. 

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Business Terms and Conditions. The obligation to notify in writing of changes in these terms and conditions is considered to be fulfilled by displaying the new wording of the Business Terms and Conditions on this web page.
