International orders can be tracked through your local domestic Postal service once it has left the Slovak Republic.

If you prefer to send your order via DHL or DPD – International Tracked Parcels Services, please contact us first as we must calculate correct price for your country. Your order and payment will be procesed via emails.

We ship your orders with Slovak Post – International Tracked. Once we sent your order, we will e‑mail you a tracking number so you can follow the trace of the package on the website of Slovak Post.

Priority shipping usually takes for EU customers about 3 business days and for international priority shipping about 10 business days worldwide. Occasionally we have experienced a delay via Postal Services of up to 4 weeks for international delivery while your order awaits customs clearance in your country.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us. We will do our best to find the package, fix the problem, and keep you updated.

If upon order arrival you receive faulty / damaged product(s) (package) then do not accept delivery from the courier who will return it to us.

Banjolit s.r.o. not pay the cost of duties and taxes for your package. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If duties and taxes are refused and the package is returned to Banjolit s.r.o., we will issue a refund less the fees (shipping and payment fee) associated with the returned shipment.
